Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, subject to the applicable conditions.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, visit our ReturnGO returns portal and submit your return request by entering your order details.
Once your request has been registered, you will receive the necessary instructions to return your item.
Your return must comply with the conditions set out in our returns policy.
In what condition must my item be returned?
The item must be new, unworn, unused and in its original condition, including any tags and original packaging.
Due to their handcrafted nature, we recommend handling the pieces with care when trying them on in order to preserve their condition.
Are return shipping costs my responsibility?
Yes. Unless the item you received is defective or does not match your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the condition of the item. Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be possible depending on the availability of the desired model and size. Please contact us before returning your item so that we can provide you with the appropriate procedure.
Can personalised items be returned?
Made-to-measure or personalised items cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect or if the item does not conform to the order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kitap-paris.com, ideally with photographs of the package and the item.
We will review your request and let you know the next steps.
Do variations in raffia or leather constitute a defect?
No. Raffia and leather are natural materials, and each piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, texture, grain or finish may therefore occur from one piece to another.
These characteristics are part of the unique character of each KITAP creation and, in themselves, do not constitute a defect.
