These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the KITAP website.
By placing an order on the website, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

Each creation is made from natural materials and through an artisanal process.
Slight variations in colour, texture or dimensions may occur from one piece to another. These variations are a natural expression of the artisanal nature of the products and do not constitute a defect.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the product delivered.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in EUR or USD.
Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
KITAP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price applicable at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
KITAP reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available on the website.
The order will only be prepared once payment has been confirmed.

Certain creations may be produced in limited quantities or made to order.
In such cases, the production time will be indicated on the relevant product page.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country or customs procedures.
KITAP cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs authorities.
8. Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the country of dispatch, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legislation.
The product must be returned:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised or made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
KITAP reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or has been damaged.

Products are covered by the statutory warranties applicable to defects in conformity and hidden defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Authenticity of Materials
KITAP creations are made from natural materials such as raffia and leather. Variations in colour, texture or weave are inherent to these materials and to the artisanal process. They are part of the identity of each piece and cannot be considered defects.
Product Care
To preserve the beauty of your creation, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, rain or strong sources of heat. As leather and raffia are natural materials, they will naturally evolve and develop a patina over time, giving each piece its own unique character.
