Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.
What are the delivery times?
Our creations are made with the utmost care. Delivery usually takes 2 weeks from the confirmation of your order.
If a product requires a different timeframe, this will be clearly indicated on its product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel in real time until it is delivered.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
Yes. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are covered by us and, in the vast majority of cases, are paid before delivery.
However, if you are exceptionally asked to pay customs duties or taxes upon receipt of your parcel, we kindly ask you to pay them to avoid any delivery delays. Simply send us an email with the invoice or proof of payment, and we will reimburse you for these costs as soon as possible.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged ?
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or the estimated delivery date), providing your order number and, if possible, photos. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
